Satellite: A Song By Jim Harbaugh

Satellite football camps are out there making people either real mad or real happy. In times like these, we need music to bring us together.

I am fully aware that I should be jailed for this, but consider how many times I listened to and read the lyrics of the Dave Matthews version in order to create this monster, and that should be sufficient punishment in the eyes of the criminal justice system.

Satellite in my eyes
Like a four-star in the sky
How I want more
Satellite out from our school
And we’re hoping for more
Peeping Tom for our B1G conference

Winter’s gone we’re recruiting
And the monopoly will soon be over
Everything is quickly changing
Look here, look there, all around, hey satellites

Satellite headlines read
Nick Saban not well pleased
Dabo and Hugh too
Satellite in their backyard
Tell me more, tell me more
Whose town is hosting your satellite camp?

Winter’s gone we’re recruiting
And the monopoly will soon be over
Everything is quickly changing
Look here, look there, all around, hey satellites
Rest easy ’cause there are few restrictions
Introducing ourselves to the South
And we’ll spend these fine days
Steady recruiting
I laugh about complaints of our satellite camps

Satellite in my eyes
Like a four-star in the sky
How I want more
Satellite out from our school
And we’re hoping for more
Peeping Tom for our B1G conference

Winter’s gone we’re recruiting
And the monopoly will soon be over
Everything is quickly changing
Look here, look there, all around, hey satellites

Rest easy ’cause there are few restrictions
Introducing ourselves to the South
And we’ll spend these fine days
Steady recruiting
I laugh about complaints of our satellite camps
