So What Have I Missed?

I knew this game didn’t look good. Half the bullpen is gassed, Logan Verrett starting … bad omens. I knew I would miss the game, and I pretty much had no hope of good news. I was fine with it. So I asked the most fierce army in the world to keep their eyes open for me: Twitter.

So what did I miss?

So actually, that would be Neil Walker whose back is failing him now. He claims that this is muscular, and that he should be fine. I believe those were Ike Davis’ final words as a Met before he perished.

I didn't watch the game, but seems Verrett has lost the fill in starter magic. Maybe gilmartin should be that guy. Peralta HR!

Maybe Madison Bumgarner should participate in home run derby. And Verrett should pitch to him.

I should have known it would be bad when I put on the local FOX station and they just completely skipped Mets highlights. I guess viewership goes down when everyone is vomiting.
