It is now 2017 and it appears (unbelievably?) that the Edmonton Oilers will be in the playoff race into March. The sun has barley set on the decade of ineptitude and some of the holes on the roster have yet to be addressed. Names like Halak, Jagr, and Iginla have been tossed about as possible targets. The intrigue will continue to build as the trade deadline approaches.
