The National Collegiate Hockey Conference’s eight head coaches and a player from each team voted for the top rookie players in the league. The rules were that the coaches and players weren’t allowed to vote for themselves or their own players/teammates. Boeser got 13-of-14 first-place votes. It would be interesting to see who voted for someone other than Boeser.
