Deflategate 2: Giants alerted officials about Steelers deflated footballs

Here we go again: according to a report, the New York Giants alerted the NFL of deflated footballs used by the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 13.

Fox Sports’ Jay Glazer first reported the details that has the NFL realm in an uproar.

The league has worked hard to use stricter rules since the first Deflategate featuring the New England Patriots. If the league suspects any foul play here an investigation is sure to follow.

The Steelers, per NFL Network’s Aditi Kinkhabwala, had no comment:

In that Week 13 encounter, the Steelers snapped New York’s winning streak in 24-14 fashion, getting two passing touchdowns from Ben Roethlisberger while controlling time of possession for 34:08. New York, away from home, only managed a 4-of-11 mark on third down and 234 total yards.
