Miami Dolphins wide receiver Jarvis Landry was the biggest negative mark on the NFL’s Week 7 action after he delivered a wicked cheap shot to Buffalo Bills defensive back Aaron Williams.
What looked like a routine play turned ugly when Landry zeroed in on Williams, left his feet and went high:

A few things here. One, Williams does need to have his head on a swivel. Two, Landry probably was going right after his blocking assignment.
Neither of those items excuse how dirty the hit was, though. Twitter reacted in kind:

Landry went over and apologized as noted, but the Bills wouldn’t make it easy on him the rest of the day.
Rest assured the league will have a fine at Landry’s doorstep soon.
