It’s official, we are in the dog days of summer Oiler fans. News has slowed to a snail’s pace, while most rosters around the league are essentially set for the upcoming season. It remains to be seen if Edmonton still has a move or two up their sleeve in the form of a trade, PTO or signing.

Oilers Get an “A”: Sports Illustrated’s Alan Muir recently gave off-season grades to the NHL’s 30 teams. The Oilers, to the surprise of many, were given an “A” for their efforts this off-season.
