9 – Michel Riesen

Drafted 14th overall in 1997 Riesen was a highly touted player coming from Switzerland. Riesen even looked to be a player when he came over to the AHL draft year plus 1, he managed two pretty decent seasons before getting a 12 game cup of coffee with the Oilers in 2000-01 season. That was is for the Swiss winger though as he flew back over to the Swiss leagues to finish his career.
