All signs point to LeBron James opting out of his contract and becoming a free agent in 2018, possibly to play in Los Angeles. James and his family already have a house in Brentwood, so that move would certainly make sense.
But there are other rumored possibilities as well.
Maybe he could head back to Miami, who will have the cap space to make a big move or two. It’s unlikely that he would play for the Knicks, because they’re really bad, but who knows.
One particular reporter, Mike Wise, has a source that informed him about one NBA team that he will “never” play for. NESN has the full story, so you can check it out over there.
