Dodgers first baseman Cody Bellinger made one of the best catches of the MLB Playoffs so far on Monday night.
It happened in the fifth inning of the game, when pitcher Yu Darvish finally began to labor a bit. He had just given up a home run to Daniel Descalso, cutting the Dodgers’ lead to 2-1, and was facing Jeff Mathis with two outs.
Darvish got Mathis to pop one up into foul territory, and it appeared as if the ball was headed for the stands. Bellinger, however, tracked it down perfectly, and he dived over the railing to make the catch in the Dodgers’ dugout. He actually flipped over the railing and ended up alongside his teammates and coaches when it was all said and done.

All in all, it was a pretty productive inning for Bellinger, as he homered earlier in the fifth.
