Obviously some parts of pro football are hard or impossible to measure (leadership,resilience, instincts), but most skills are measurable (speed, acceleration, strength, agility, vertical leap, basic intelligence, endurance, conditioning)…. So the stats are important. But remember, at least 30% of a player's final evaluation comes from the interview process. Unfortunately, we would need a fly on the wall with a live-stream camera to bring you those updates.
