In a not-so-shocking turn of events, Ezekiel Elliott and Dak Prescott lead the top vote-getters for the Pro Bowl.
Both men, of course, are rookies for the Dallas Cowboys. If anyone ever wanted to discredit the gigantic base of fans supporting the Cowboys, point them to this—via NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport:

Clarence Hill of the Star Telegram provided official numbers:
Elliott leads all players with 681,361 votes in balloting for the Pro Bowl, NFL.com announced Monday.
Prescott was second with 602,621, just ahead of New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady and Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown.
Huge fanbase or not, it is interesting to see the Dallas rookies dominant in such a manner. Alas, a good story is a good story—said rookies have the Cowboys headed to the playoffs at 11-1.
It’s easy most years to scoff at some of the names receiving a silly amount of fan votes. But not this year, not with Elliott and Prescott posting incredible numbers and the latter even forcing Jerry Jones to go away from franchise quarterback Tony Romo.
In all likelihood, the popularity of both men will only continue to increase.
