The game of the night on Thursday wasn’t the Cubs-Dodgers game, nor was it the Packers and Bears squared off on Thursday Night Football.
It was the Los Angeles Sparks and Minnesota Lynx, battling for the WNBA title.
The Sparks won a thriller 77-76 thanks to a game-winning fadeaway jumper by Nneka Ogwumike, and they celebrated appropriately.
Plenty of bubbly was popped in the locker room after the big win.
