Odell Beckham Jr. can set another NFL record against Bengals

New York Giants receiver Odell Beckham Jr. can add on to the most prolific start to a career by a receiver in NFL history on Monday night.

According to ESPN Stats and Information, Beckham Jr. needs 69 yards against the Cincinnati Bengals to become the fastest ever player to 3,500 receiving yards.

Beckham Jr. has 3,431 receiving yards during his first 35 career NFL games. He already has the most receiving yards ever by a player during the first 35 games of a career.

The Giants receiver is getting used to rewriting the record books.

Beckham Jr. became the first receiver in over 50 years to catch 30 touchdowns in his first 35 games. He’s also averaging 0.86 touchdowns per game played, which is the highest rate in NFL history, according to the Washington Post. 

Expect Beckham Jr., who is averaging 84.5 receiving yards per game in 2016 and 98.0 per game during his career, to break another record on Monday night against the Bengals.
