Oregon State had to have known trouble was afoot upon calling the “Crying Jordan” play during Saturday’s game against Colorado St.
The Beavers went on to get outscored 34-7 in the second half after trailing by just four at the break, and maybe it was the “Crying Jordan” play that cursed them. Because as soon as a coach held up the play card to call it from the sideline, things spiraled downhill from there.
A pass was completed to Noah Togiai in the fourth quarter, which was good, but he then fumbled the football, which was bad. It was recovered by a Colorado St. player.

The Rams rolled the Beavers, 58-27, and the “Crying Jordan” was to blame, we think.
