UCLA pulled off the most dramatic comeback of the college football season so far, and did so with the most exciting play of the year as well.
Many sports fans may have turned their TV sets off when the Aggies took a 44-17 lead into the fourth quarter, but that would prove to be a big mistake.
The Bruins went on to score three touchdowns in a 10-minute span of the fourth quarter, and all of a sudden, it was UCLA’s game to lose, even trailing by six with roughly three minutes to go.
After another big defensive stop, the Bruins marched down the field and were within striking distance with under a minute remaining.
And then quarterback Josh Rosen produced the most entertaining play of the year.
With the clock ticking down, and the Bruins on the 10-yard line, they made it look like they were setting up to spike the ball. Except Rosen faked the spike, and then threw a dime to the back of the end zone for Jordan Lasley, and he hauled in the game-winning score.
