Cowboys receiver Dez Bryant has had some interesting exchanges on social media over the years, and Thursday featured another one.
It started when Bryant made a funny joke about Blaze Pizza, saying that he wouldn’t eat there again, after previously doing so and leaving a huge tip for a server that wasn’t a Cowboys fan. It was in jest, and most of us thought that would’ve been the end of it.
Enter Jemele Hill.
Hill shared the post, and then commented that Bryant wouldn’t take a stand against, well, we don’t know. We can assume it was about the domestic violence involving his teammate, Ezekiel Elliott, or maybe it was regarding Colin Kaepernick.
Bryant then responded, as he was probably a bit thrown off by Hill’s tweet, and understandably so.
Hill then claimed she was “joking.”
It didn’t really look like Hill was joking, and if she meant something by that tweet, she should’ve owned up to it. Maybe she’ll discuss it on tonight’s edition of SC6 — we’ll soon find out.
