3. New York Jets

The New York Jets just added Le’Veon Bell to their squad, but rumor has it that they want to get in on some of the Duke Johnson action. Since Bell is recognized as one of the best all-around running backs in the NFL, it doesn’t seem like the Jets would really need to bring in some help. But seeing as though Bell missed last season, and has some wear and tear on him from the past, you can never be so sure.

Behind Bell currently is Elijah McGuire. While McGuire has done a decent job with his limited role over the last two years, the drop off after Bell is quite significant. The Jets are trying to win now, and they need all the help they can get on their offense with their second-year quarterback Sam Darnold at the helm. If Bell goes down, Johnson could be a decent safety blanket.
