MOBILE, AL (9/16/2018) — Golden State Warriors center DeMarcus “Boogie” Cousins was back in his hometown of Mobile, Alabama for his annual Block Party. He spent the day talking to kids at LeFlore High School, refurbished an outdoor basketball court, then spent the rest of the day at his block party where various local artists performed.
According to Slam Magazine, Cousins donated $250,000 for the court refurbishment and the NBPA threw in another $25,000.
