Rams quarterback Jared Goff was featured front and center on this week’s edition of NFL Network’s “Sound FX,” and a hot mic revealed a few of his audibles to the public.
They weren’t the run-of-the-mill, normal type of audibles signal-callers utter, either.
“Tupac! Ric Flair! Obama! Hoosier!” were just a few of the audibles that Goff used, which you can hear for yourself in the video below.

They may be a bit unorthodox, but the audibles are working for Goff. Head coach Sean McVay is known for his pre-snap movement and making adjustments depending on what look the defense is showing, so audibles are a big part of what the team does on offense.
And even though they might be a bit strange, they’re a factor that has contributed to the (7-2) team’s success thus far this season.
