The Vikings appeared to have had good locker-room chemistry this season, but frustration boiled over for quarterback Kirk Cousins and wide receiver Adam Thielen during Sunday’s game against the Bears.
Cousins and Thielen had a miscommunication on one particular play in third down during the first half of the game, when a ball was thrown yards behind the receiver. The Vikings were forced to settle for a field goal, and they took a 13-3 deficit into the half.
And Cousins made sure to air his grievance about the route with Thielen on the sideline afterward, as you can see during this heated altercation.

We’ll never know if it was a go-route or a back-shoulder throw, but one of them was clearly in the wrong.
