Bills safety Jordan Poyer produced a few big plays during Sunday’s game against the Patriots, and his Instagram model girlfriend Rachel Bush gave her followers an early Christmas present afterward.

First, Poyer sacked quarterback Tom Brady on the first play of the second quarter, as you can see below.
