The New York Giants lost star receiver Odell Beckham Jr. to injury during Sunday’s game against the Baltimore Ravens.
The Giants were down 10-0 in the second quarter when Beckham came off the field with an injury. He got his helmet back, returned and then left for good before getting hit with a questionable tag.

One play later, Odell Beckham runs right back out and now heads to the locker room. … Back to breath-holding.

New York went ahead and scored to get the game closer, but it’s a season-long outlook the team has to worry about if the injury to Beckham is serious.
It’s an odd turn of events, to say the least. Beckham had come under fire by the media and team itself for his outbursts on the sideline. He had all of 27 catches fro 359 yards and one touchdown entering Sunday.
If Beckham has to miss an extended period of time, he’ll watch from the sidelines instead of making amends for outbursts.
Stay tuned for updates.
— UPDATE —
Beckham later returned to the game after the scare.
