7. Myles Garrett – Cleveland Browns
The 23-year-old edge rusher had a breakout season for the Browns, who showed vast improvement as a team throughout last year. Garrett racked up 29 quarterback hits, 12 tackles for loss, and 13.5 sacks in 16 games played.
Last season, the former first overall pick wreaked havoc on opposing offenses, which earned him the moniker of the highest-graded edge rusher in the AFC North, according to PFF.
