Bucs quarterback Jameis Winston is known for being a vocal leader that tries to fire up his teammates on the field whenever possible.

He gave his best attempt before Sunday’s game against the Saints, when the Bucs signal-caller delivered a pregame speech that included him sticking his fingers in his mouth.
