The Miami Dolphins have been an inconsistent bunch so far in 2014. Sitting at 4-3 in the AFC East, though, they still have a chance at making a run for the division if they can pull off a season series sweep of the Patriots and finish the season strong.
Of course, there’s quite a journey before the road is mapped out for them. Let’s play it slow and see how the Dolphins might fare in November, while also breaking down the value of Dolphins tickets with data from TiqIQ and Miami Dolphins suites with data from SuiteHop:
Week 9 VS. San Diego Chargers (11/2/14) | Average Ticket Price: $114.06 | Get-in Ticket Price: $5 | Dolphins Suites Get-in Price: $990
Miami remains in position to strike in the AFC East, but they badly need to hold serve at home in week nine to stay alive in the race for the division. That won’t be easy to do against a Philip Rivers-led Bolts’ offense, but it’s not impossible, either. One huge key may be exploiting injuries in San Diego’s secondary and finally busting Mike Wallace loose for some big plays down the field.
Week 10 @ Detroit Lions (11/9/14) | Average Ticket Price: $181.91 | Get-in Ticket Price: $59 | Detroit Lions Suites Get-in Price: $
The Fins head to Detroit to take on the league’s toughest defense in week 10. While the matchup is rough, the Lions will be without stud defensive tackle Nick Fairley, so Miami might be catching a bit of a break. They’ll still have to worry about Calvin Johnson, though, who has already said he’s starting in this game.
Week 11 VS. Buffalo Bills (11/13/14) | Average Ticket Price: $148.74 | Get-in Ticket Price: $5 | Dolphins Suites Get-in Price: $990
Miami Dolphins tickets bring solid value in week 11, despite a pretty big divisional matchup at home with the Bills. Buffalo trounced Miami in their first meeting earlier in the year, so Ryan Tannehill and company will be out to exact revenge. Doing so won’t be easy, but if Lamar Miller and the running game can get going they’ll have a chance.
Week 12 @ Denver Broncos (11/23/14) | Average Ticket Price: $410.23 | Get-in Ticket Price: $168 | Denver Broncos Suites Get-in Price:
Dolphins tickets soar up over $400 on average for this mammoth-sized road battle with Peyton Manning and the Broncos. Ryan Tannehill will have an uphill battle on the road and will badly need to be on top of his game to keep up with Denver’s high-powered offense. A win would certainly prove to the naysayers that the Dolphins are a legitimate postseason contender.
