Broncos could wear all blue for MW debut
Colorado State is wearing all white Saturday and staging a white-out, with a tie-in to cancer awareness.
That means Boise State could wear all blue for its first Mountain West game — just not on the blue turf.
“I believe we’re wearing blue,” Petersen said. “Something dark, I know that. That’s still to be determined.”
I bet their new all white uni’s don’t look half as good as ours. looked all over the web no pic’s of their all whites so if one of you out there have a pic post it!
I don’t care what other sites say Chadd Cripe and Brain Murphy are all right in my book!
Boise State coach Chris Petersen tries to lower expectations on WR Geraldo Boldewijn
“I thought he did fine,” Petersen said. “I say this to take pressure off of him — Geraldo’s caught 10 passes for us in the past year. It’s not like getting Austin Pettis or Titus Young back. He’s a young guy that’s a work in progress. But I thought he did well. I thought Kellen (Moore’s) passes to him were as accurate as possibly could be to make it easier on him.”
Colorado State coach Steve Fairchild was impressed with Boldewijn.
“He makes them more dynamic than they were,” he said. “They were doing just fine, but he certainly brings another element to their offense.”
Good luck with that coach, we all know he needs to catch more with his hands but boy did you see his rout running and speed hard not to have high expectation with Geraldo!
No Mountain West buyer’s remorse from Boise State
“People are making way too big of a deal about that (Boise State-Big East talk). I was just stating facts on maybe some merits to go or not. I think that’s a long ways off. I think our president and athletic director are looking at every situation,” Boise State football coach Chris Petersen said Tuesday on the weekly Mountain West conference call.
“I think the conference we’re in is great, I really do.”

Certainly with Utah gone BYU gone and now TCU gone there is much remorse!
Boise State remains a target of the Big East
for the same reason TCU originally was: The Broncos will help the Big East when it is evaluated for the next round for receiving an automatic bid to the BCS starting in 2014.
Though Big East presidents are hesitant to add Boise State at this point, the league’s athletic directors are pushing for it because of what it means for football, the official said. read more here.
Let’s face it the only way Boise State doesn’t go to the big east is if the Big 12 grabs them first.
