A Frank talk about what we learned in Week 13

Houston, sorry folks take the points bet the house Tulsa is going to destroy that team, the Houston of today doesn’t even compare to the Boise State the week after opening day 2005, frankly Houston probably couldn’t beat a single team in the top 20 on any given day 2 out 10 times they just are not a good football team, Toledo is a better team, how TCU ever lost to SMU is beyond me, I think Patterson should have had his players checked for the flu because frankly I’ve seen high school teams in Metro Detroit that could of taken them and I’m being serious.

V-Tech the worse AQ 1 loss team out there, they have no business being in the top ten and anyone who thinks they do should have their head checked. I will repeat any team that only beats Duke at home 14-10 shouldn’t even be in the top 25.

What we really learned this weekend is the best teams don’t always win and where voters vote teams are not always representative of where that team actually is, but more based on reputation and win loss recorded.

Clearly teams get better during the season and injuries have impact. One look at what Michigan did to Nebraska one might think Michigan had great improvement, maybe so but I didn’t see a much different team than the one that lost to MSU and Iowa just two weeks ago, what I did see was a team that looked across the line of scrimmage and saw the same thing I saw when I watch Fresno State take Nebraska to the limits in the season’s first weeks. Frankly Nebraska is not a good team either maybe slightly better than Huston, but Michigan didn’t so much improve as it didn’t buy into to mastic of Nebraska and just smacked them in the mouth and treated them like the bums they really are. I have never seen a real legit college team that starting QB as a pathetic of a passer as Nebraska’s again I know 16 year olds who can throw the ball much much better.

I liked Okie State and believe they are a good football team, but Iowa State is one of those teams that did actually improve and caught Okie State with their 30 year QB flat footed and took them to school.

UO over rated said it before the season even started, search my name, said they would loss three and they will as Okie State will destroy them next week again any team that losses like they did to Texas Tech at home isn’t a real power, Baylor is a good team and frankly they proved they were the better team the OU today.

Coach Pete, I hope you learned being a nice guy isn’t going to get you any points in the next level, you took your foot off the throat of SDSU only to put your players at risk to injury. I get it Boise could put a 100 up on much of their competition and you like people to say good things about you so why offend but not everyone is going to be like that and if we do stay in the MWC even for one more year next year let’s make sure they raise the white flag and put in their second team before we start clearing the benches 3 minutes in to the 3^rd quarter. I understand you are not into style points but the voters are and right now you are in the fight of your life just to make a BCS bowl let alone take advantage of the current collapse of those in front of you.

Georgia nice work I knew you could do it as I had posted at leatherhelmetblog.com when everyone there was ready to toss it in for the season and fire the coach I was the voice of reason, and I believe it was that experience in my sincerity that allowed me to deal with that game that shalt not be mentioned from last week . I took a lot of the same advice I gave them for myself and you know what I’m glad I did after the last 48 hours results.

What will we learn tomorrow? We will learn the voters will take this time to not make many changes in the top 10 if Boise State Moves to #7 I will be shocked as I see the pollsters keeping their bias full blown leaving at least 2 teams ahead of Boise with two losses, and that is just a travesty, even worse is many who vote watched Houston for the first time today and even though they seen the same thing I seen they will keep Houston ahead of Boise it’ll be on the computers to correct them like it did last week.

I see a heavy sec bais in the top 3 of coarse Okie state will fall only 2 spots to #4 just so they can have someone not from the SEC close and ready to earn”” their way in to the MNCG with a win over OU next week. I see OU and Clemson falling out of the Top 10 with Stanford moving into Pac 12 poll position ahead of Criminal U even though criminal U just took them apart a week ago in Stanford,

So how I see voters voting the top 10 and why

#1 LSU why well because they are right on this one

#2 Alabama why because it’s hard for them to except anyone is actually better

#3 Arkansas because they are the only other 1 loss team from the SEC

#4 Okie State because OU has two Losses

#5 V-Tech because it looks good to them

#6 Criminal U they just love the duck, they will ignore this same team was never able to beat the Boise State

#7 Houston they must respect a team whose played absolutely no one and is undefeated, and yeah gameday was there.

#8 Boise State because they can’t think of a reasonable reason not to vote them # 25^th.

#9 OU more to help Okie State next week then for any other reason frankly they are an average team nothing special

#10 USC east because they didn’t lose to Boise State, Georgia did!

Now some might think I’m being bitter but hey if that’s the way the Harris poll and coaches’ poll match up than how could that be true? As well others might think I’m concerned, I’m not and let me tell you why.

Stanford will lose to Notre Dame, Houston will get spanked by Tulsa LSU will handle Arkansas Clemson will beat V-Tech again in the ACC championship game, Georgia will take a rest and avoid injuries against Georgia Tech as winning the SEC championship game means way more to them then beating Tech and that’s just what Georgia will do. Beating LSU in the SEC Championship game will throw a monkey wrench into the system the computers will completely break down Mark May will be seen running around Bristol naked, Lee Corso will spew four letter words like he is live on gameday, after a reboot of the main frames the computers will tell us all what the results will mean.

So let me not tell you my top 10 is today but what the top 2 will be after the real bedlam happens.

#1 Alabama

#2 Boise State
