I’ve thought about detailing all the things over the last year that when we look back in hind sight can clearly see pete was setting the table to leave. It’s clear to me now that once the Big East fell apart pete was looking for the exits.

As for past and present players and those whom call him a personal friend this is not for you, personal relations are much different than ones relationship with a nation such as Bronco Nation is a Nation of people bound together by a common goal, in  our case the advancement of Bronco Nation. So if you are a friend a former player or current one stop reading this now it in no way reflects on you nor is relevant to your very personal relationship with pete.

First thing you have to understand is this is the worst possible result for Bronco Nation as I would have much rather he take his money grabbing glory seeking road to the sec or B1G but no he had to use the Mutual interest line with USC in his supposed withdraw for consideration because all along he was aiming straight at our throats, Washington. I could go on and on about how over the last two weeks he supposedly kept u duh at bay and only after their 3^rd attempt Thursday night caved for those of you that believe that I got a bridge I want to sell you. No you don’t grab your assistant coaches and staff you want to take with you with just a random 6 am phone call Friday morning; this took days if not weeks of conversations.

I'm sorry but it's time to take the God reference off this man. Don't care what you think of my remarks fact is he didn't just bail he knew he was bailing.. For everything he's given credit for, people seem to ignore the thousands that supported the program the players and other coaches. You'd almost think as well when Hawkins left he was left with an empty cupboard? What none of you believe Hawkins couldn't have led the team to an undefeated record in 2006? let’s be frank pete is not all that we all want to make him out to be and in the end he proved to be just as deceptive and self-promoting as any other coach out there. He is not special as a special coach would have stayed. Pete is just another in a long list of wannabe's.

With all the glad handing I see going on in side of Bronco Nation as he leaves us and strips the cupboard of coaches and staff. Leaving young men he only days earlier said he wasn't leaving I want to say we don't owe him anything; we gave him everything he has. We gave him the DC and AC that made up his best teams. Heck if not for Wilcox there would have never been a Kellen Moore 50-3.

 Boise State was already on an upwardly mobile level when he got here and now I look forward to the day pete sits on a dock jobless being interviewed by some loathsome blogger who ask what was your biggest mistake and he echoes what we all in Bronco nation have herd so many times. "Leaving Boise State".

I also find his hiding and failure to address Bronco Nation some 36 hours and counting a cowardly act, he knows what he's done , he knows the damage he's wrought and he is not man enough to face us. I take some comfort in his pain of guilt and cowardess. 

 I'm glad this happened now for I firmly believe the next Boise State coach will be a Bronco man for life which is exactly what Boise needs someone they can call their own someone who gives this city of transients some roots and bed rock,I am so sick of the oh we are just the little sisters of the poor mentality and we deserve to be abused and used.What does Lincoln Nebraska have that we don't?

For the uppity crowd of Bronco Nation get some pride and learn to hold people accountable! It's done he’s gone and now the enemy whose job it is to destroy you, out recruit you and beat you, you all act like dogs, are you  some mutt stray dog in a sorority asking can you get another whack across the back side. Pete lost all these accolades when he bailed plan and simple. Now let’s talk about the next Great Coach at Boise State who is going to stomp pete on the Blue to open 2015 season!
