Oakland Raiders defensive tackle Desmond Bryant this morning got arrested on a charge of criminal mischief in Miami-Dade County. Particulars on what led to this morning’s arrest were not available, yet the Miami-Dade County Corrections website post indicates that he got booked at 9:24 a.m. ET.

Every season of hics career he has seen an increase in playing time. In 2010 he posted 2.5 sacks and then started 10 of 16 games in 2011. Registered a career-high five sacks and as a restricted free agent re-signed with the Raiders in 2012 guaranteeing his base salary at $1.927 million.
Started in half of the games during the past season, yet played 60 percent of the snaps posting four sacks. Bryant has drawn interest on the free agent market. The arrest decrease his market value and effect his next contract that an organization offers him.
