Sources close to the National Football Post have informed us that Dallas Cowboys offensive coordinator Jason Garrett has withdrawn his name from consideration for the vacant head coaching position in Detroit.

I’m not surprised, but I wonder why, and if there’s any reasoning behind the withdrawl. We’ll see what comes from this little bit of news.
I have a feeling, we’re going to see minimal changes, and Wade will be on a short leash for 2009, and if we start the season slow or on the same course, then Jerry will can Wade this season, early. Just my gut feeling. The only other thing I could see is maybe something drastic where Jerry goes ahead and fires Wade in the coming days, and then promotes Garrett. The Soap Opera continues…
