The Cowboys have selected Damien Wilson, LB, Minnesota in the 4th round, #127 overall.
Jerry Jones proclaimed that the defense would be the focus in this draft and true to his word, the Cowboys have added another defensive player in Wilson.
Coach Eberflus loves his versatility, he wanted athletic players with size. Long armed guy. Hasn’t decided at what LB spot he’ll play him at, but that’s the attraction in the pick. Wilson can play all three spots. Sounds like another Hitchens. I like this pick.
The wanted depth and they wanted to bolster the LBs corps in the draft, so Wilson here is no surprise.
