DeMarcus Cousins has done a good job keeping his cool over the past year, but it appears the Kings’ poor start to the season may have taken a toll on him.
That, or he really isn’t open to answering questions about his family. When Sacramento Bee columnist Andy Furillo wrote a column about when Cousins and Matt Barnes got arrested for a physical altercation in a New York City night club, he mentioned that Cousins and his brother, Jaleel, also got into some trouble at a bar in Tampa Bay in the past.
It seems Cousins read the column, as he confronted the reporter in the locker room on Friday, according to Joyce Terhaar.
“We’re going to have some real f—ing issues. Don’t ever mention my brother again. You don’t know my f—ing brother,” Cousins said. “f—ing coward. You say whatever you want to say about me but don’t mention my f—ing family.”
Here’s video of the tense situation.

Just when you think he’s content again, things get ugly.
Not a good look for Cousins.
