Few NBA analysts predicted the Bulls to go into TD Garden and dominate the No. 1-seeded Celtics in their house, but it happened. And now, suddenly all the pressure in the world is on the team that some picked to unseat the Cavs as the Eastern Conference champions, who finds itself in a must-win game Friday night.
They’re not the only ones that didn’t see that particular outcome coming, though.
Bulls veteran guard Dwyane Wade has been in the league for 13 years, but even he was surprised that his team was able to pull it off.
Wade remained confident in his team’s abilities, but admitted that he didn’t see his eighth-seeded Bulls going on the road and winning both games (or maybe he was just trolling?).
