Imagine walking into the gym and asking “Who got next?” when Kevin Durant, LeBron James and Carmelo Anthony inform you that they have the court locked down for a bit.
That’s part of what makes summer so great — when the NBA’s best get together in Los Angeles, Miami or New York to play ball. All the rules and coaching strategy goes out the window, and these guys just ball.
It used to be a common occurrence in Rucker Park, but now it happens in the most popular, happening cities around the country, and it’s pretty great. You get to see the essence of the NBA’s best players, and it’s also fun to see them play alongside guys they’ve battled it out on the court against over the years.
