The Patriots have been relatively lucky this preseason when it comes to injuries (knock on wood). But the first big injury of the season could have happened today at the Patriots and Saints joint practice. As Brian Tyms left the practice field and did not return with a foot injury.
Mike Reiss of ESPN.com reported earlier today that Tyms had “sustained a foot injury that could threaten his season”.

Tymes was most likely going to be a deep threat for the Patriots this year and not having him on the field will be a big loss. When we hear more on the injury we will let you know.
