Go ole Roger is back at it again this time at the spring league meeting in Charlotte, North Carolina. It’s not a Goodell press conference without a Tom Brady/ Deflategate question. So this one was no different.
But today unlike other days Goodell wanted none of it saying “Listen, I respect the NFLPA’s ability to appeal if they choose to do that,” Goodell said. “They did. That’s a matter for the lawyers. We’ll see how things progress. But I’m really not focused on that at all, so.”
You know I would care about a case that could possibly take all of my power away just saying. We all know that was a lie this is all Goodell does is try to figure out ways to get the courts to keep Brady suspended. Really what else does he do I swear half of the time he just sits up at the NFL HQ in New York and twiddles his thumps well watching Deflategate coverage on ESPN.
Patriot’s owners Robert Kraft you could tell did not want to comment on it as the media swarmed him walking down a hallway in the Charlotte, North Carolina hotel. But he did say he believed the “whole thing has been mishandled” and “We hope he [Tom Brady] prevails”.
