As every year goes by, it marks one more football season into the books and fans are excited for the following season. Training camp is a exciting time for fans to get a “sneak peak” of what their team looks like. Training camp also brings out sweat, blood, and fighting because of roster spots that need to be filled and showing characteristics of an NFL football player for a young player will help their chances.
New England is known for the “next man up”, a role designed for players that aren’t household names who are able to step up in the spotlight and deliver during the moments of tension and clutchness. Malcolm Butler is one notable player who defined the “next man up” as we all know but like our offensive line for example with all the different changes with Shaq Mason, David Andrews, Tre Jackson, etc.
