Pats Visit The Dawg Pound

Does this picture look familiar to you? It probably should…

In the sports world today, we usually think that Cleveland is where dreams die, and to carry on the burden of misfortune for the Browns, it’s Tom Brady on Sunday ready to dominate the injury rattled team.

Brady as we all know is back from his four game “vacation”, but now it’s crunch time and Week 5 is a turning point in the Patriots season. With Brissett and Garoppolo making up the four games in a 3-1 record effort, we all are pleasantly surprised by the outcome of the second and third string quarterbacks putting in all they had to lead New England in the AFC East once again and make a statement to the NFL as a whole.

In the running back situation, LeGarrette Blount, the NFL leading rusher through Week 3 at one point, has dealt with the hip injury and could see a decrease in minutes if he’s ready to go or if doctors decide to rule him out, we look to our options behind Blount. Running backs D.J. Foster and Brandon Bolden along with James White could see increased minutes this Sunday and it could pay off in huge dividends against arguably the worst team in football as of right now. On the receiving end, we all know the Gronk saga and the releasing of Clay Harbor but we still have Martellus Bennett and the scrapper slot guy Chris Hogan. Things aren’t looking very sharp for Julian Edelman, as he is himself battling injuries and could see himself out of Week 5.

On the defensive side, DE Rob Ninkovich returns after the 4 game suspension for the positive test for a banned substance and has a fire lit under him just like his companion Brady. Hopefully with the veteran presence of Ninkovich roaming the grounds of Cleveland, the Browns are intimidated and worried about his savagery efforts contributed for the Pats.

For Cleveland, keep an eye out for Terrelle Pyror and Isaiah Crowell as the two main Browns star players.

Go Pats!
