Patriots quarterback Tom Brady is an ageless wonder, but even he has finally begun to show signs that suggest he may be slowing down a bit this season.
Brady has still surpassed 4K yards so far this season, and has thrown 25 touchdowns, but also 11 interceptions, which is surprising for him. However, at 41 years of age, he’s still far ahead of everyone else that’s ever played the position.
He spoke with Westwood One’s Jim Gray before Monday night’s Broncos-Raiders game for his weekly spot, and shared some thoughts about his future with the Patriots, specifically if he plays to play next season.
"I absolutely believe I will. I know I've talked about it for a long time I have goals to play next year but beyond that…I'm going to give it eveything I have…I hope I can keep playing and I hope I can keep playing at a championship level." – Tom Brady to @westwood1sports

“I’ve been able to be in a career for 19 years that I love. I wake up every day excited to go to work…fulfilled…I don’t think there’s any greater gift in my life than to have that … In my heart and soul, I love playing the sport of football.” — Tom Brady to @westwood1sports

Sorry, other NFL teams, it doesn’t look like Brady is going anywhere anytime soon.
