I am a lifelong sports fan. I first got into soccer during the 1994 World Cup, when my hometown in Michigan hosted games. Since then, I have followed the ins and outs of the sport, am an avid fantasy player (don’t get me started about the time I was in the Top 10 in the World Cup game), and love watching and reading about soccer. After moving to Southern California, I adopted Chivas USA as my MLS team and attend games when I can. When I’m not thinking and writing about soccer, I am working on my doctorate in United States history.
