Hi, my name is James and I will cover Sporting Kansas City for Total-MLS. I am what you might consider a “born-again” soccer fan. Like most kids in this country I played soccer as a youth and had a lot of fun playing it. However, also like most kids in this country I stopped playing the game to instead play/watch other sports such as baseball/football. I got reintroduced to the game, this time on a professional level, a few years back and having been watching every game I can find (from MLS, EPL, La Liga, Serie A and international). I still am not the best at tactics and the X’s and O’s side of the game, but I have a working knowledge and am gaining a much better understanding of this area of the game.
Outside of soccer, I am a 21 year old college student, working toward my Bachelors in Accounting. I live in Kansas City and have my entire life. I am also addicted to Red Bull, my cell phone, and words with friends. Follow me on twitter @jtott13
