Andre Iguodala really did it.
The Golden State Warriors took a 129-100 whipping at the hands of the San Antonio Spurs to start the season Tuesday. Everyone’s new favorite villans were already in midseason form when it comes to garnering hate, in large part because Andre Iguodala dropped the flop to end all flops:

This normally wouldn’t be so terrible, but the delayed reaction just makes this one of the worst in a long time.
It’s a fitting summary of the game, though. Kawhi Leonard went off for 35 points while nobody on the Warriors scored more than Kevin Durant’s 27.
To be honest, Iguodala should have worked out the quality of his flops in the preseason. Like everything else about the Warriors, it’s a failure to launch as the team looks sluggish at best right out of the gates.
