Rams Corner back Troy Hill has been arrested under suspicion of driving under the influence around 8am Saturday morning as reports say the second year pro was swerving on a Los Angeles freeway and rear ended a semi truck. Neither Hill or the driver of the semi truck were injured. Hill has been reported to say he was on his way to practice according to Police. The 25 year old who played for Oregon has been a recent spark in last Sunday’s game versus the Jets. Hill was expected to receive much more playing time but it looks like he will have some legal challenges to face instead of Miami in less than 24 hours.
The Rams face the Miami Dolphins on Sunday and are already short on healthy corner backs as Trumaine Johnson did not practice all week due to illness and is still listed as questionable. The Rams who have been healthy for the majority of the season with the exception of rookie WR Nelson Spruce is not good news for the team who hopes to come back to .500 on the season.
Hill has since been released on a $15,000 bond
