As part of the named 1060 Project which will bring $750 million both inside Wrigley Field and outside the ballpark of renovations and amenities, the famous Wrigley Field bullpens will be moved to under the outfield stands, from their longtime positions of down the foul lines.
In the place of the bullpens the Cubs will add four rows of seats on each foul line.
