The Cowboys 2012 schedule has been released, and as expected, its a tough one. We start the season with two road games which span across the nation, that’ll be interesting and quite challenging. We know the Giants to start will be hard, and Seattle with the 12th man, is never easy. There isn’t anything easy about this schedule, after the bye is just straight up tough with 5 consecutive tough games.
The Cowboys will need to make some serious strides in Garrett’s second full season as the Head Coach, and I’m talking about finishing teams, playing a full complete game, no stumbling around otherwise we’ll be a 8-8 team again. To avoid this the Cowboys are doing the right thing in free agency with ratcheting up the secondary, and adding depth for the offensive line.
I think we’ll see a high pick on a running back. Depth is a serious issue there, and when Murray went down, so went the season. Jerry and Co. must add depth at running back for this season and beyond, Felix is not that guy, and not durable enough for us to rest our season on. This draft is going to need to be very methodical and needs to add depth and depth-to starter players.
