#3 Washington Redskins
The Redskins are the hardest team to gauge at this point. They are much less settled and established than the others. Right now, it may be harder for the Cowboys to know exactly what they need to do to win, but there is little doubt that they will be the weakest team in the division this season.
They have some interesting weapons, and solid pieces on offense. That being said, any time you change up your quarterback, especially of the caliber of Kirk Cousins, it drastically changes what a team is able to do.
The Redskins have nothing on defense that should intimidate the offensive line. They have their star in Josh Norman, but there is no reason the Cowboys have to be worried about him taking Elliot out of the game.
The Cowboys are lacking in the top wide receiver department, so the Redskins should be able to slow down that passing game. Norman alone, however, should not impact the Cowboys too much, and they have the talent to overwhelm anything else the Redskins might be trying to do.
There are a bit of a wild card right now, but the Redskins should be the least challenging team in the NFC East for the Cowboys.
