Friday night’s game brought another big blow to the Patriots. This time Fullback James Develin suffered a broken Tibia according to a source. The injury came in the fourth quarter and is described as a “clean brake”. Develin will most likely be sidelined 6 to 8 weeks with his Tibia injury.
Last season Develin had 4 receptions for 62 yards and a touchdown. Develin had a promising season ahead of him and this is a very big blow for the Patriots as the regular season is getting closer and closer. It will be very interesting to see who replaces Develin at Fullback, some have speculated that it could be Michael Hoomanawanui but nothing has been confirmed yet.
