Dez Bryant has been voted #25 amongst his peers in NFL Network’s Top 100. Last year Bryant was voted #35 overall, so he has made another leap for this year’s vote. There’s no doubt Dez will be “Throwing Up The X” on a regular basis this season, question is, will Dez get a new contract extension before the season starts?
Look for Bryant to have another breakout season especially with new Offensive Coordinator, Scott Linehan at the helm. Linehan likes to attack and likes to feature the stars in his offense, just as he did with Calvin Johnson who will likely be the #1 WR rated in this year’s top 100.
Bryant closes out the Cowboys players in this year’s list. Next year, I expect Tyron Smith and Dez Bryant to continue to move up the list. They are cornerstone of this franchise.
