Its prediction time once again here at Phins Phocus. Unfortunately, Daniel and I both missed picking the Dolphins a week ago while the majority of the experts were spot on siding with the favored Texans.
Did we learn our lesson or will we take an underdog Dolphins’ team again this time around? Our picks can be seen after the experts’. As always, give us your prediction in the comments.

Daniel’s pick: Sorry to disappoint Phins Nation but I have lost confidence in this team. While Karlos Dansby claims the locker room still has full confidence in Tony, I’m not buying it.
The Dolphins will most likely be without Vontae Davis meaning more Nolan Caroll which as we know by now is a scary thing. I’m going with the bowling ball Peyton Hillis and the young gun slinger Colt McCoy this week. Who knows, maybe me going against the Phins will get us a W.

Cody’s pick: Call me a homer if you want, but from purely an X’s and O’s perspective I just feel like the Dolphins are a better team than the Browns. Outside of Peyton Hillis, there isn’t a whole lot about Cleveland’s offense that scares you and their defense is far from an elite unit.
But as you know, in times like these, X’s and O’s isn’t the only thing that goes into the equation. The Dolphins could be on the verge of a complete collapse, as the stability of the locker room is very much in question with all the speculation and uncertainty within the organization.
It’s really just a matter of how this team responds mentally. If they can somehow come together, get behind their coach, and play inspired football they’ll field a dangerous team.
But adversity is frequently the demise of teams and if these Dolphins don’t respond the right way it’s going to be a long, long year. But there’s no question about it, Sunday is a must win game.
